Q. How do I place my order?
- Click Add to cart on the product that you wish to order.
- Click Checkout to proceed with payment or close the cart window to continue shopping.
- Check your shipping fee and click Proceed To Checkout.
- If you have an account, log in to your account. If you do not have an account registered yet, proceed as a guest.
- Confirm your Shipping Address and click Continue To Shipping Method.
- Select your Shipping Method and click Continue.
- Select your Payment Method and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click Place Your Order.
Q. What are the payment methods available?
- E-Wallet
- PayPal / Credit Card
- Online Banking
- Offline Bank Transfer
- Maybank QRPay
For Offline Bank Transfer:
Please bank-in cheque or cash into this account:

Once payment is made, please take a photo and upload your payment slip at: Payment Notification.
Alternatively, you may send the following payment details to us at support@earthscope.com.my.

- Amount Paid
- Order Number
Note: Your order will not be delivered until we have received your payment notification.
Q. How do I use my E-Coupon?
- Register an account with us.
- At the Order Summary, enter your coupon code and click Apply.
Q. How many E-Coupon can I use for each transaction?
- You can only enter one coupon code for each transaction.
Q. How do I change the personal information and shipping address in my account?
- Login to your account.
- Click “My Profile” to edit your Personal Information.
- Click “My Addresses” to edit your Shipping Address.
Q. I forgot my Password, what should I do?
- Go to login page.
- Click "Forgot Password?” and enter the email you used to register your account.
- Click Continue.
- A new password will be sent to you by email.
- Login using the new password and change to a new password if you wish.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, only if your order is under "Pending" status.
- Email us at support@earthscope.com.my and let us know your reason for the cancellation.
- Orders that are paid and shipped cannot be cancelled.
Q. What is the payment currency?
- All orders are transacted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia).
Q. How long will the delivery take?
- Our delivery takes about 2-5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia.
