Q. How do I place my order?

  • Click Add to cart on the product that you wish to order.
  • Click Checkout to proceed with payment or close the cart window to continue shopping.
  • Check your shipping fee and click Proceed To Checkout.
  • If you have an account, log in to your account. If you do not have an account registered yet, proceed as a guest.
  • Confirm your Shipping Address and click Continue To Shipping Method.
  • Select your Shipping Method and click Continue.
  • Select your Payment Method and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Click Place Your Order.

Q. How do I use my E-Coupon?

  • Register an account with us.
  • At the Order Summary, enter your coupon code and click Apply.

 

Q. How many E-Coupon can I use for each transaction?

  • You can only enter one coupon code for each transaction.

 

Q. How do I change the personal information and shipping address in my account?

  • Login to your account.
  • Click “My Profile” to edit your Personal Information.
  • Click “My Addresses” to edit your Shipping Address.


Q. I forgot my Password, what should I do?

  • Go to login page.
  • Click "Forgot Password?” and enter the email you used to register your account.
  • Click Continue.
  • A new password will be sent to you by email.
  • Login using the new password and change to a new password if you wish.


Q. Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, only if your order is under "Pending" status.
  • Email us at support@earthscope.com.my and let us know your reason for the cancellation.
  • Orders that are paid and shipped cannot be cancelled.


Q. What is the payment currency?

  • All orders are transacted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia).

 

Q. How long will the delivery take?

  • Our delivery takes about 2-5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia.
